Cherokee 140
Received this Cherokee 140 after a hanger fell on it during a hurricane.  Rebuilt airframe.  Rebuilt engine with 160 hp upgrade and Powerflow exhaust.

Before

During

Replaced many damaged skins.  Repaired all damaged points to customer's specifications

Cherokee Six

This Cherokee Six actually flew in after sitting for quite a few years.  There was massive corrosion on the lower LH spar cap and all over the airplane.  All fuel lines were corroded through.  The owner of this airplane also has an Aztec that we maintain, he is extremely detail oriented and wanted nothing but the best for this neglected bird!

Before

During

We have installed many upgrades on this airplane; one piece windshield, Laminar Flow Systems' Gap seals everywhere, Knots-2-U gap seals everywhere else, and Laminar Flow Systems' "fancy pants" wheel pants.  We also replaced many corroded skin panels, all the fuel lines, all tires, tubes, and brakes.  We then detailed the engine after inspecting it.  The rocker box covers, intakes, push rod tubes, and baffling interconnects were all ceramic coated.  We are also in the process of converting this Cherokee Six into executive style seating by request of the owner.  The airplane is currently out for paint and when it returns we will be installing a custom flat instrument panel with a substantial avionics upgrade.  Check back soon to see the continuing progress.

After

The aircraft went out for paint and is currently undergoing an avionics upgrade.

Starlite

This experimental was a fun little project for the summer.  It is a Starlite, which is a predecessor to the Pulsar.  We bought it from the builder.  The tail had some fiberglass damage that we repaired.  We then got the engine and all the systems running correctly.  We sold it before we got to fly it though.

Cessna 310

We bought a Cessna 310Q that was used as an experimental platform for a highway in the sky program.  When we bought it there was no instrument panel and no radios.  We fabricated and field approved a one piece solid instrument panel and installed several E.I. Digital engine gauges.  We then had a Garmin 530/430 stack installed with Mode S transponder.  We recently had it certified into standard category and sold the airplane.  The new owner has put over 30 hours in 3 weeks!
